Strangely the very limited amount of native lenses is not noted as a negative (and no, adapters are not a fully satisfactory solution to that problem). Nikon Z5 review: An excellent choice for those new to full-frame, full review with in-depth testing and sample pictures including specs. Unless portability is critical I really do not see any valid reason to get the first iteration Z7. The Sony a7R III will run you about $2,800. @armandino"In order to achieve top rating should have something truly special to offset the shortcomings". It isn't really close in my experience. Unfortunately, the manual focus here is disappointing because it doesn't allow linear focus response, so experienced videographers may want to get adaptors. Sony was forced to abandon it for video and instead used terrible electronic IS on SLTs.After giving up on that kind of IS Sony copied Olympus (but did a poor job). Once minolta was out of the market some needed to step in and innovate. Either the camera deserves a gold award or the score is too high.
